At AppBoost, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our courses and services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for purchases made on our website or directly through our customer service team.

By purchasing courses or services from AppBoost, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy. This policy may be updated from time to time, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.

2. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our educational programs and offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for all our courses. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

2.1 Eligibility for Full Refund

To be eligible for a full refund under our 7-day satisfaction guarantee:

  • Your refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase
  • You must not have consumed more than 25% of the course content (e.g., viewed more than 25% of videos, attended more than 25% of scheduled sessions)
  • You must provide a valid reason for your dissatisfaction with the course
  • For in-person or live virtual sessions, you must not have attended more than one session

2.2 Partial Refund

If you have consumed between 25% and 50% of the course content, you may be eligible for a partial refund of 50% of the purchase price, provided your request is submitted within the 7-day period.

2.3 Non-Refundable Circumstances

No refund will be issued if:

  • You have consumed more than 50% of the course content
  • More than 7 calendar days have passed since your purchase
  • You have downloaded all course materials, templates, or resources
  • You have completed the course or received a course completion certificate
  • You have violated our Terms and Conditions

3. Course Cancellation by Customer

3.1 Cancellation of Monthly Courses

For our Monthly App Marketing Course:

  • Full refund if cancelled 7 or more days before the scheduled start date
  • 50% refund if cancelled 3-6 days before the scheduled start date
  • No refund if cancelled less than 3 days before the scheduled start date or after the course has begun

3.2 Cancellation of Long-Term Courses

For our longer-term courses (Six-Month Comprehensive Course and Annual Elite Marketing Program):

  • Full refund if cancelled 14 or more days before the scheduled start date
  • 75% refund if cancelled 7-13 days before the scheduled start date
  • 50% refund if cancelled 3-6 days before the scheduled start date
  • No refund if cancelled less than 3 days before the scheduled start date

For long-term courses that have already begun, partial refunds may be considered on a prorated basis, minus a BD 50 administration fee, at our discretion.

3.3 Cancellation of Specialized Workshops

For our specialized workshops (App Store Optimization Masterclass and User Acquisition & Retention Workshop):

  • Full refund if cancelled 7 or more days before the scheduled start date
  • 50% refund if cancelled 3-6 days before the scheduled start date
  • No refund if cancelled less than 3 days before the scheduled start date or after the workshop has begun

4. Course Cancellation by AppBoost

In the event that AppBoost needs to cancel a course or workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, instructor unavailability, insufficient enrollment, or any other reason, we will offer you the following options:

  • Full refund of the course fee
  • Credit for the full amount paid, to be applied to a future course (valid for 12 months)
  • Transfer to an alternative session or date of the same course, if available

We will make every effort to provide as much advance notice as possible in the event of a course cancellation. However, we are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred by you as a result of such cancellation.

5. Rescheduling and Course Transfers

5.1 Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend a course or workshop on the scheduled date, you may request to reschedule subject to the following conditions:

  • Requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the original scheduled start date
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability of the desired alternative date
  • You may reschedule a course only once
  • A rescheduling fee of BD 25 may apply

5.2 Course Transfers

You may request to transfer your enrollment from one course to another of equal or greater value, subject to the following conditions:

  • Requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the original course start date
  • If transferring to a higher-priced course, you will be required to pay the difference
  • If transferring to a lower-priced course, we will issue a credit for the difference, valid for 12 months
  • A transfer fee of BD 25 may apply

Course transfers are limited to one transfer per purchase and are subject to availability.

6. Special Circumstances

6.1 Medical Emergencies

In the event of a serious medical emergency that prevents you from participating in a course, we may consider exceptions to our standard refund policy. Such requests must be submitted in writing and accompanied by appropriate medical documentation. Decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.

6.2 Technical Failures

If you experience severe technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing or participating in our online courses, and these issues are determined to be caused by AppBoost's systems (not by your own technical setup), you may be eligible for a refund or partial credit. You must report such issues immediately to our customer support team and cooperate with our technical team in their efforts to resolve the problems.

All refund requests will be processed within 5-10 business days after approval. Refunds will typically be issued to the original method of payment. For credit card payments, it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer's policies.

8. Corporate and Group Bookings

For corporate clients and group bookings of 5 or more participants, special refund terms may apply as specified in your service agreement or corporate contract. Generally, the following terms will apply unless otherwise agreed:

  • Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before the scheduled start date
  • 75% refund if cancelled 15-29 days before the scheduled start date
  • 50% refund if cancelled 7-14 days before the scheduled start date
  • No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before the scheduled start date

For customized corporate training programs, non-refundable deposits may apply as specified in the contract.

9. Promotional Discounts and Coupons

If you purchased a course using a promotional discount, coupon code, or as part of a special offer, the refund amount will be based on the actual amount paid after the discount was applied, not on the original list price of the course.

Limited-time offers, flash sales, or courses marked as "non-refundable" are excluded from our standard refund policy unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.

AppBoost reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
